Youtube has a great video clip on assistance dogs for people with mobility problems. The bond with the animal is discussed by the owners as being of primary importance. Very touching.

Another impressive video is on the Delta Society website. Remember, Delta Society is the largest therapy pet organization. Its a mulitdisciplinary organization and funds and reports research into the human-animal bond.
